Hi! My name is Hailey (she/her) and I’m so glad you’re here. I believe that genuine connection is at the heart of healing, which is why I approach therapy as a relational experience rather than maintaining a distant, “blank slate” stance. While I won’t impose my personal values or views on you, I do think it’s valuable for you to know a bit about who I am as a person.

I’ve been happily married for seven years and am the oldest of six children, experiences that have deeply shaped my understanding of family dynamics and relationships.

I also live with ADHD and anxiety, which helps me bring both professional expertise and personal insight to this work. It’s part of what makes me so passionate about supporting others on their mental health journeys (especially fellow girls with ADHD!).

I’m licensed to provide therapy in Idaho, Maryland, and Florida, and currently do so via telehealth!

I believe that therapy works best when you feel truly seen and understood, and I’m here to create that space with you.
